To Please Your Heart

Whatever fame my name may claim... Or fortune I pos-
sess... Its only value in my life... Is for your happiness
... However much I struggle and... In everything I do
... My only plan upon this earth... Is just to comfort
you ... To please your heart and thankyou for ... The
joy that I have known... In holding you and kissing you
... And calling you my own...I want to keep you close
to me... As long as I may live... And there are not
sufficient gifts... That I could ever give...But you
may be forever sure... Of everything I say... Espe-
cially my love for you... Forever and a day.
