So Much I Love You

I love you, oh, my darling, and... You know I always
will... Yes, even if your eyes were closed... And if
your voice were still... I would remember you each day
...In all my thoughts and prayers...And fumble for
your hand at night... While walking up the stairs...
I would pretend that you were here.... And I could hear
you say... "How are you feeling, darling?" and...
"What shall we do today?"...Each time the telephone
would ring... The sound would be your call... And I
would whisper once again... "You are my one and all!"
...But every flower on this earth... Would fill my eyes
with tears... Beside the garden of your grave... And
all our yesteryears.
