In Moderation

In order to achieve the best... And gain the fullest measure
... We should relax and have a share... Of merriment and
pleasure... But whether in a group of friends... Alone or on
vacation... Our self- indulgence should be in... The best of
moderation... We should not wear our bodies down... Or
dull our mental powers... By too much love of appetite...
Through long and sleepless hours... For when the piper must
be paid... It is a different story... And all too often and too
late... We find that we are sorry... So let us be intelligent
... About our recreation... And let us strive to do...
All things in moderation.
