In Your Sorrow

Your sorrow is a tragedy... That nothing can erase... And
there is no one on this earth... To take your dear one's place
... And I can only offer you...My sympathetic prayer...
That God will keep the one you loved... In His eternal care...
But I assure you truly that... My heart goes out to you... And
There is nothing for your sake... I would not gladly do... I
hope that you will call on me... Tomorrow or today... That I
may serve your slightest need... In every friendly way... Be-
cause I want to ease your pain... And brighten every dawn...
And by each little word and deed... To help you carry on.
